The online MBA program at William & Mary’s Raymond A. Mason School of Business is designed to equip students with the skills and mindset needed to lead in today’s business environment. The program has three annual start dates, and standardized tests are not required for admission. Students develop problem-solving, innovation, and leadership skills using the school’s “wicked problem” framework, which involves learning how to solve complex issues that lack clear solutions. Students can apply these skills directly to their workplace, creating immediate value in their current role. The Graduate Career Management Center provides personalized support to help students navigate job offers and career transitions, while the Tribe network of alumni offers valuable support and industry connections. The program includes one required on-campus Residency Weekend in Williamsburg, where students connect with peers, faculty, and business leaders through leadership workshops and networking events. Over 94% of the online MBA alumni rate their satisfaction as “high” or “very high,” which indicates that they’ve invested in a program that delivers real value and supports long-term career growth.
