TYPES OF TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE TO CAMPUS

Stewart International Airport is 15 minutes away. Shuttle bus brings students to local areas of interest. Taxi service available to students.


DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS TO CAMPUS

From Pennsylvania and points west: Take I-84E to Exit 39A. At the bottom of the ramp, take a right onto 9W South. At the first traffic light, take a left onto North Plank Road. (You?ll see a Sunoco gas station at this intersection.) Stay on North Plank Road 1/4 mile and turn right at the first traffic light onto Powell Avenue. The College is about 1/4 mile further on your left. From upstate New York and points north: Take the New York State Thruway (I-87S). Follow the Thruway to Exit 17-Newburgh. Take I-84E to Exit 39A. At the bottom of the ramp, take a right onto 9W South. At the first traffic light, take a left onto North Plank Road. (You?ll see a Sunoco gas station at this intersection.) Stay on North Plank Road for 1/4 mile and turn right at the first traffic light onto Powell Avenue. The College is about 1/4 mile further on your left. From Long Island: From the Whitestone Bridge, continue on to the Hutchinson River Parkway. Take a slight left onto 1-684 North (followsigns for Brewster). Take Exit 9W to merge onto 1-84 West, toward Newburgh. Take I-84W to the second exit after the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge (Exit 39A). At the bottom of the ramp, make a right onto Route 32, and then another right at the first traffic light onto 9W South. At the second traffic light, take a left onto North Plank Road. (You?ll see a Sunoco gas station at this intersection.) Stay on North Plank Road for 1/4 mile, and turn right at the first traffic light onto Powell Avenue. The College is about 1/4 mile further on your left. From New Jersey and points south: Take the Garden State Parkway or Route 17 North to the New York State Thruway (I-87N-Albany). Follow the Thruway to Exit 17-Newburgh. Take I-84E to Exit 39A. At the bottom of the ramp, take a right onto 9W South. At the first traffic light, take a left onto North Plank Road.
