Driving From the north/west on I-95: Go south on 95 and the Capital Beltway (Route 495) towards Richmond. Exit on the Baltimore/Washington Parkway heading towards Washington. Take Route 50 west into Washington. Follow Route 50 into the city and turn left onto 15th Street. Turn right onto Constitution Avenue and take a right onto 17th Street. The Corcoran will be on your left after approximately 3 blocks. From the north on I-270: Go west on the Capitol Beltway (Route 495) towards Silver Spring, MD. Exit the Beltway at Route 185/Connecticut Avenue. Follow Connecticut Avenue downtown to K Street. At this point Connecticut Avenue runs into 17th Street. Continue straight on 17th Street for approximately seven blocks to the Corcoran, which will be on your right. From the South on I-95: Exit on Route 395 North. Follow 395 over the bridge following signs to Rt. 1, Downtown DC. Turn left onto Madison Drive, then right onto 15th Street and then left onto Constitution Avenue. Follow Constitution Ave to 17th Street. Make a right turn onto 17th Street and continue approximately 3 blocks to the Corcoran, which will be on your left. From the West on I-66: Follow across the Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Bridge into Washington. Stay right, exiting onto Constitution Avenue. Take a left onto 17th Street. The Corcoran will be on your left after approximately 3 blocks.
