Montclair State University’s online MBA, offered through the Feliciano School of Business, is a STEM-designated, skills-based program that prepares business leaders for today’s data-driven world. Thanks to a flexible program that focuses on career advancement, students can graduate in about two years, and they are not required to have taken the GMAT or GRE. Students can pursue a General MBA or select from in-demand concentrations such as Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, Human Resources Management, and Real Estate Development. Courses are delivered in a self-paced, asynchronous format, allowing students to maintain a schedule that accommodates their busy lives. The curriculum, taught by experienced full-time professors, emphasizes leadership, strategic decision-making, and analytical problem-solving. Students in the online MBA program can engage with the business community through executive speaker events, live case studies, and internships. Additionally, they can connect with alumni and mentors who provide valuable industry insights and career guidance, while also gaining a global perspective on business through international trips centered on emerging economies. The program fosters a close-knit, collaborative environment that promotes a lifelong professional network among fellow students within the program and prepares graduates to excel in management and leadership roles.
