Career Experience
I have been in education for 29 years - 16 years as a classroom teacher, 14 years in administration, and 20 years of teaching summer school (both in person and online). I have taught high school Spanish (Levels 1-5), World History, US History, Government and English.
I Love Tutoring Because
when I left the classroom 14 years ago, I was ready to move to administration. However, over the past 14 years I have had the opportunity to fill in when needed for both short and long term positions, and I realized I missed the teacher student interaction. I missed helping a student look at content in a different way for understanding. I missed teaching.
