Had a great first-time experience, was provided great help except the last 20 minutes the system did not allow documents to be opened, or screen sharing. Overall, my tutor provided me with great clarity on the assignment.

Stacey was amazing!!! But I had such a terrible time trying to connect through voice and then system did not allow me to share my screen. It kept preloading to an old session doc that was sent 20 months. S please fix the system, because it was pointless to have a service but no be able to share your screen to get the help neeeded. I almost gave up, but Stacey helped me by allowing me to read the problem out loud to her. Thank you again stacy

This new homework tool McGraw Hill connect is quite difficult because even the tutors are unable to tell us if there are other entries. It leaves you in limbo.
